What we collect
When you reserve Samay on this website, we collect only your e-mail address. We don't use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools on this site.
Why we collect it
- To hold your reservation and contact you to complete your order.
- To keep you updated about the Samay launch and your founding price.
We never sell or share your e-mail address with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
Your e-mail address is stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets (Google Workspace), operated by Google. Google may process data outside Switzerland, including in the USA. The website itself is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data such as your IP address to serve and protect the site.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you open it.
How long we keep it
We keep your e-mail address until Samay has launched and your reservation is completed or cancelled, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or unsubscribe from our e-mails. Just write to marco@samayrituals.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, with your local data protection authority.

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date above.
